Absolutely ridiculous customer service
I attempted to change my reservation knowing that there would be some sort of fee associated with it. They told me it was going to cost $438 to change my reservation! That is the price of the ticket! I told them that that is ridiculous and they told me there is a flat $200 fee to change the ticket which is pretty steep in my book, and that the $238 was the additional cost for the flights, but when i look up the cost of the flights on their website they are the same price as what I originally paid. When I asked to speak to their supervisor and was trying to ask him about the additional $238 he kept talking over me so I couldn't ask my question and then he hung up on me. When I called back and was being transferred back to him he hung up on me again. I was not swearing at him, I din't say a single swear word I just asked him to stop speaking over me! So I called back a third time and asked to speak to the supervisors manager or to have a number to a person above the supervisor or to corporate and they said that there was no one else that I can talk to except the same supervisor that has already hung up on me twice. I wasn't even concerned about changing my flight anymore I just wanted to talk to someone about the horrible customer service I had just experienced. I will NEVER use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone that I know to never use this company either.
